Stars are the virtual currency on OMEISSA. You purchase Stars and give them to creators you want to support. Each Star costs $5 and when you give Stars, you unlock exclusive content, climb leaderboards, earn badges, and contribute to charity — all at once.

Visit any creator's profile and click the "Give Stars" button, or go to the Stars page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

Every Star purchase is split three ways: 60% goes directly to the creator (minus payment processing fees), 20% is donated to verified charities chosen by the creator, and 20% supports the OMEISSA platform.

Stars are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. We encourage you to review the creator's content before purchasing Stars. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@omeissa.com.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. OMEISSA never stores your full card details on our servers.

Giving Stars unlocks exclusive content from creators, boosts your rank on community leaderboards, earns you achievement badges, and contributes to charity. The more Stars you give, the higher your standing in the community.

Leaderboards rank supporters based on Stars given — both globally and within individual creator communities. As you reach milestones, you earn badges that appear on your profile, showcasing your dedication and generosity.

Fan Pages are community-created pages dedicated to public figures, teams, or brands. Unlike regular creator profiles, all Star proceeds from Fan Pages go to charity (minus platform fees). Fan Pages can be claimed by official representatives.

Yes! You can support and join as many creator communities as you'd like. Each community has its own leaderboard, chat, and exclusive content.

Click "Become a Creator" on the homepage or register with the creator option. Once your account is set up, you can customize your profile, add social links, set up supporter tiers, and start sharing content with your community.

Creators receive 60% of each Star purchase ($3.00 per Star before payment processing fees). Stripe processing fees are deducted from the creator's share. The remaining 40% is split between charity (20%) and platform operations (20%).

Creator payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. You'll set up a Stripe Express account during onboarding, where you provide your banking details. Payouts are processed on a regular schedule directly to your bank account.

Yes! From your Creator Dashboard, you can browse and select from verified partner charities across categories like Environment, Education, Healthcare, and Community. The 20% charity portion of Stars given to you will go to your chosen cause.

Your Creator Dashboard includes analytics (views, likes, followers, Stars), community management tools, post creation with media uploads, real-time chat, supporter tier management, earnings tracking, and charity cause selection.

20% of every Star purchase is automatically allocated to charity. Creators select which verified charity cause receives their community's contributions. Funds are disbursed to partner charities on a regular basis through our charity partner network.

Yes! Our homepage displays real-time donation statistics including total amounts donated, the number of creators supporting causes, and the number of partner charities. We believe in full transparency around charitable giving.

Charitable contributions made through OMEISSA are processed through our charity partners. Since you are purchasing Stars (a digital product), the transaction is not directly tax-deductible as a charitable donation. However, the charity allocation is handled on your behalf.
